A completely function, self developed control panel is provided; you will see advertising promotions, which is one drawback, when you are managing your site. Large buttons are in place; and, although it is not the most functional, it is an easy to use control panel, once you figure out the configuration.

Support Performance

24/7 US support and email support, are provided. With 7 hour email responses, and 5 to 10 minute wait time on the phone, they aren't the fastest, but with so many customers, they are relatively quick. They also offer specific PDF user guides, to help answer common questions. Although they are not nearly as fast, the much lower pricing, and far more options in terms of packaging, as well as the larger customer base they serve, are some of the reasons for the slower response time to questions.

With a 3 year plan, you can pay as little as $2.99 for their services. 50 FTP users, 10 GB storage, unlimited bandwidth, and 100 email accounts, are some of the benefits with this plan. With 25 sub-domains and unlimited external domains, you receive great service options. DNS management is offered, and it supports PHP 4 or 5, Perl, and RoR, to name a few.
